Our vision is to ensure the preservation and conservation of the remnant bushland within Heathmont 

Heathmont Bushcare objectives are as follows:

• Ensure the preservation and appropriate management of remnant bushland in Heathmont;
• Actively participate, as a partner, with Council and other authorities in land policy planning and management of public land;
• Instil an appreciation of the flora and fauna of Heathmont in the local community, Council and other authorities;
• The weeding and maintenance of approximately 8 sites to encourage regeneration of indigenous flora;
• To supplement these efforts with re-vegetation using indigenous plants, propagated by seed or cuttings collected from the local area.
