Help the VictorianEnvironmentalFriendsNET with their survey

As a ‘Landcarer’ and a member of the FriendsNET mailing list, you are invited to participate in an online survey being conducted by the Victorian Environment Friends Network (VEFN). VEFN is re-assessing its purpose and approach and this online survey is an important input to their review.

The Network has been operating for over 25 years aiming to support Friends groups network and better achieve their aims. While it has achieved much over this time, Friends group activities, needs and opportunities have continued to evolve. At the Annual General Meeting of November 2015, it was agreed VEFN needs review its purpose and set new directions. As a part of this thinking about VEFN’s future, the Committee is seeking input from Friends, and as many related Landcare and fauna groups and individuals as possible. (In this survey these other interested parties are referred to as Environmental Volunteering Groups – EVGs).

The survey can be accessed by the link and the 10 question survey should take about 10 minutes.

You are welcomed, and encouraged, to send the survey link to as many members in your group and interested parties as possible.

The survey will be open until Monday 21st March. VEFN will collate the responses and provide a report to all who complete the contact information at the end of the survey. Please note responses are anonymous unless you provide this contact detail.

For more information please contact Stephen Derrick, Secretary of [preferred] or 0417 326 860.

Thank you for your participation in the survey, Bernie Fox on behalf of the Network Committee 4Mar 0428 178 747

Hope that everyone is keeping snugly and warm!  This winter seems to be one of the coldest for a while and thoughts of moving to a tropical island keep occupying my mind!
