HE Parker Reserve – 3000 Indigenous plants – Living Links

Community Planting day at HE Parker Reserve, Sunday 10 September 2017

One of the last big planting sessions for the year, with 3000 indigenous plants going in on the day. This is part of the Living Links project. You would be most welcome 🙂

Join Melbourne Water for a short family-friendly workshop on the frogs of the Dandenong Valley.

You’ll learn practical, hands-on ways you can help frogs in your local area, including:
• How to find out what frog species live near you
• Monitoring frogs using your mobile phone to contribute data towards the Frog Census, Melbourne Water’s longterm citizen science project
• How to build a frog pond
• Get up close with live frog specimens
• Kids activities

Meet down by Dandenong Creek at HE Parker reserve near the tennis courts
