CRISP NEWS

Hi All

Our next Monday Mornings in the Reserves outing will be on 6th February. We will be meeting at 9am at Old Lilydale Rd East Ringwood (Mel 50 C5). We will be continuing our work on the expanding revegetation beds, in preparation for autumn planting, and handweeding where required. If you would like to join us please bring your own gloves, tools and morning tea will be provided.

We are currently collecting articles, photos and items of interest for our Autumn Newsletter. If you have something that you would like to contribute please send to Linda, our newsletter editor, by February 24th. lhibbs@ihug.com.au .

Past newsletters can be viewed on our website http://www.crispnursery.org.au/newsletter.html

Our AGM has been booked for Thursday March 2nd at 7.30pm. It will be held at Maroondah Federation Estate, Greenwood Ave Ringwood. The AGM is a great opportunity to meet other members, catch up on nursery projects and hear about what is happening in our local bushland reserves. Our guest speaker for the meeting will be Craig Mauger – Bushland Team Leader for Maroondah City Council. All committee positions become vacant as of the AGM and, as a number of existing members will be retiring, there is opportunity for new members to join the committee. If you would like information about committee roles please contact one of the current members or the nursery. Nomination forms are available from the nursery.

The following information has come from Nelly Belperio, Environmental Planner, Maroondah City Council
